Jigsaw Puzzle of an Antique World Map

After my little 3-room flat renovated last year, I have been looking for a world map to hang on the wall in my living room. However official world map does not really look good, too “classroom” look.

Last week, finally saw two antique world map jigsaw puzzles. After much consideration, I decided to get one; quite expensive actually, plus frame nearly $100. After spending nearly 18 hours in the past 4 days, I finally put all the 1000 pieces together.

Today I replaced a basin water tap and installed 3 wafer saver filter, all in $49.90. Really enjoying this kind of work… My quality of plumbing work is better than a plumber.

Thanks to the hardware shop’s owner, this is a very “special” businessman. I learnt so many household solutions from him since I moved to Hougang.
